How to Use the Print/Email Load Details Page in Pack Shed Solutions
The Print/Email Load Details section under the Dispatch module enables users to manage, print, and email important documents related to produce dispatches.
1. Filter and Select Dispatches
Dispatch number selector: Use the left dropdown to select one or more dispatches. The dispatches are listed with their unique identifiers (e.g., TFP-A-6588).
Dispatches to list: Use the right dropdown to filter dispatches by their status:
Complete
Incomplete
Sent
Unsent
🛈 Tip: Hovering over a dispatch in the list reveals additional details such as the con-note number, agent, grower name, and dispatch date.
2. Print or Email Dispatch Sheets and Con-notes
Once a dispatch is selected, you can:
Set quantity for printing dispatch sheets and con-notes using the number fields beside the checkboxes.
Choose to:
✅ Print the dispatch sheet(s)
✅ Print the con-note(s)
✅ Email the dispatch sheet(s)
✅ Email the con-note(s)
Then click “Print and/or email forms” to process.
3. Customize Email Messages
Use the “Prepend to emails” textbox to add a custom message that will appear at the top of every email.
If left blank, the system will send the default email template.
4. Select Recipient Email Addresses
Use the Dispatch email addresses and Con note email addresses buttons to select or manage the recipients for each type of document.
You can assign different email addresses to different dispatches as needed.
5. Additional Tools
Grower invoices: Generate and email invoices to growers by clicking the “Grower invoices” button.
Transport account numbers: Click this to add or view transport account numbers for dispatches. This allows tracking and billing to the correct transport accounts.
This functionality centralizes all post-dispatch administrative tasks in one place, saving time and ensuring consistent communication with agents, growers, and transporters.
